Our Story

LHI Capital Investments was founded by Dr. Irfan, a practicing dentist with over 15 years of clinical, operational, and business experience.

Throughout his career, he has built, bought, and sold multiple dental practices — many paired with the real estate beneath them.

This foundation naturally led him into commercial real estate investing — not as a hobby, but as a disciplined extension of the business principles he mastered in medicine.

Haya Atcha

Entrepreneur | Operator | Real Estate Investor

Haya Atcha is an experienced entrepreneur and operator with a background in managing flagship hospitality operations for the Levy Restaurant Group, a global hospitality company with approximately $600M in annual revenue. 

At LHI, she plays a central operational role across healthcare and real estate ventures. Her responsibilities include:

Human resources and team leadership
Quality control and operational oversight
Structuring and managing patient financing stacks
Building and maintaining relationships with multiple lending partners to ensure patients can access funding for full-mouth dental implant care
